Raised in regional WA and shaped by hands-on experience in Australia’s harshest operating environments, Brigette brings a unique mix of pragmatism and purpose to her leadership.

She launched Powerhouse with one goal: to make it easier for businesses to act.

Frustrated by stalled initiatives and missed opportunities, she saw a way to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.

Her background spans energy efficiency, carbon reduction and First Nations partnerships. Her leadership is grounded in collaboration, results and a deep respect for the communities and industries Powerhouse serves.
